Abstract:The promotion of land reform in new-district in early daysof new China was based on overturning the traditional rural economic andsocial ethics the idea of land order.The overturn was not as easy asrevolutionary history study indicated ,but was a result of a seriesof ingeniously political and social mobilization.At the same time,theoverturn became the foundation and starting point to the choice of anegalitarian system in 1950s-1960s in China‘s rural society ,and resultedin a complex history effect.The land circulation and large-scale operationthat are taking place in countryside means that a re-choosing to history.This choice will whether succeed or not ,depending on it retains thelegitimacy of historic choice ,and at the same time it needs to resolvethe negative effects of land-egalitarian attitude which formed since theland reform.In this sense,there will be no doubt come another turnoverabout people’s land conception.However,this overturn will be not revertto the history of rural conception which belongs to the pre-revolution,but make a new path selection in the combination of traditional land conception(including both the land conception before the revolution and the landideas influenced by the revolution)and current needs.
