“文化大革命”前高校历史系的青老教师矛盾分析———兼论“文化大革命”的社会根源

〔摘要〕“文化大革命”是自上而下发动的, 但从运动本身来说最先是从校园内被发动起来的, 在某种程度上说也是此前校园内各种矛盾日益激化的产物。“文化大革命”爆发前的高等学校内, 人与人之间关系普遍紧张, 而在教师中以青老矛盾最为突出, 从而使一部分青年教师成为“文化大革命”的积极分子。本文以“文化大革命”爆发前高校历史系为主要考察对象, 以“文革小报”为主要资料, 分析高校历史系教师内部青老矛盾的产生与激化过程, 从而从一个角度来探讨“文化大革命”的社会根源。

Abstract: The“Cultural Revolution”was initiated from above to below, but the flame of this political movement was kindled first on the university campuses, which , in a sense , was a result of increasing intensification of various contradictions
in the institutions of higher learning. Before the breakout of the“Cultural Revolution”interpersonal relationships in the universities and colleges were generally intense and in the ranks of teachers the contradictions between the young and old teachers were particularly acute. That explains why some young teachers stood out to be the activists in the movement. Taking the departments of history in the universities and colleges before the“Cultural Revolution”as the objects of investigation and referring mainly to the“Cultural Revolution”tabloids, this paper makes an analysis of the arising and intensification of contradictions between the young and old teachers and tries to throw light on the social origin of the“Cultural Revolution”from a unique perspective. |
